As part of our doula services, we'll work closely together to develop a birth plan that reflects your unique preferences, values, and goals for labor and delivery. Whether you're planning a hospital birth, home birth, or birthing center, this service ensures that your voice is heard throughout the process. 

What's Included: 

• Personal consultation: A one-on-one 60 minute session with a certified doula to discuss your birth preferences, needs, and expectations. 
• Custom Birth Plan: A tailored birth plan document covering key elements such as preferred birth setting, labor preferences, pain management, support person(s) and doula involvement, emergency protocols, newborn care preferences and more. 
• Revisions: Two rounds of revisions to ensure your birth plan is just right for you. 
• Expert Tips: Recommendations based on your goals and how to advocate for your choices with your healthcare providers. 
• Printable Document: A final, professional, easy-to-read document to share with your birth team.
